Woodall recently relocated to New Orleans from southeast Arkansas and brings more than 15 years of experience working in outpatient settings with patients across the life span. As a licensed clinical social worker, she has provided therapy in individual, family and group settings.

She is trained in trauma-focused care, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques and a range of other strategies tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.

Woodall earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

“What a privilege it is to be on this journey with some of the most resilient and brave people I have ever met,” Woodall said. “I am so thankful for this opportunity to serve the city of New Orleans at BCHS.”

We are thrilled to welcome Rebecca to the team," said Dr. Jané Watts, Chief Behavioral Health Officer at BCHS. Her energy, clinical expertise, and commitment to equity in mental health care represent the future we are building toward at BCHS. This is an exciting step forward in strengthening our department and enhancing the care we provide.”

Woodall’s arrival marks another step forward in BCHS’s mission to ensure every individual in our community has access to the mental health support they deserve to heal, grow, and thrive.
