During the second quarter of 2026, BCHS earned a perfect 5.0 overall patient satisfaction score. Additionally, every patient surveyed said they would recommend BCHS to a friend or family member, resulting in a 100% recommendation rate. The achievement reflects the organization's continued commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience at every point of care.
