NEW ORLEANS, Oct. 28 – Compassion and care continues to grow at BCHS as we welcome Amber Robinson, BSN, RN, to our growing clinical team.
Amber brings a strong background in patient care and leadership, with experience spanning psychiatry, dialysis, and women’s health. Over the years, she has served as a Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse across a variety of healthcare settings, including DaVita Dialysis, The Women’s Medical Center, Beacon Behavioral Hospital, Community Care Hospital, and as an RN Care Manager with Catholic Charities of New Orleans.
Amber earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Xavier University, her Associate’s degree in Nursing from Rasmussen University, and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Capella University.
Her commitment to compassionate, high-quality care aligns perfectly with the BCHS mission.
“I believe that healthcare is not only about treating illness but also about demonstrating genuine care and respect — values that reflect the love of Christ through service,” said Robinson. “I was drawn to BCHS because its mission to serve the community with excellence and compassion truly resonated with my personal and professional values.”
Amber shared that what excites her most about joining BCHS is the opportunity to be part of a team that makes a real difference in people’s lives every day and helping patients feel seen, supported, and valued.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys cooking, interior decorating, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.
